Description

Percona has an excellent opportunity for a paid summer intership in our office near Lansing Michigan.  This position would work witin our Technical Account Management team (TAM) working on enhancing and maintaining Percona's customer experience.  The TAM's are responsible for maintaining a relationship with a customer from pre-Sales to delivery of our services, this includes management of consulting services.  This is a great opportunity for a motiivated college student looking for an oppertunity to gain experience in the consulting services industry.

Some of the items interns will be helping us with this year are:

  • Ensure Delivery of consulting was completed as promised  
  • Follow-up via phone to customers who have not responded to surveys
  • Follow-up with Dark Customers who we have not worked with in some time
  • Fill in Project coordinator tasks when she is away
    • Schedule consultants
    • work with clients to make sure our pre-reqs are completed
    • watch for new work/issues
  • Special projects
  • Update customer information in salesforce.com
  • Take notes on kick-off/pre-sales calls
  • Problem Resolution
